LGBTQIA+ ceremonies are not priced separately. A wedding is charged as a wedding and a naming as a naming, exactly as they are for anybody else.
Included in every fee
- All planning meetings, in person or on video
- The ceremony written from a blank page, never a template
- Every redraft until it reads the way you want it to
- Calls and emails whenever you need them
- Travel within 25 miles of Wells
- Public liability insurance and a written contract
Booking and payment
- A booking fee of £100 secures the date and comes off the total.
- The balance is due four weeks before the ceremony.
- Funerals are usually invoiced through the funeral director after the service.
- Bank transfer is easiest. Cheques still work if you prefer.
- Travel beyond 25 miles is charged at 45p per mile, agreed with you in advance.
- If you postpone, your booking fee moves with you to the new date wherever my diary allows.
Happy to travel further afield. The first 25 miles are included in every fee.
If money is the problem, say so
Funerals in particular can land on families at the worst possible time. If the fee is genuinely out of reach, ring me and we will work something out. I would rather lead the service than lose it over a number.
